Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance on the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations for Global Payroll
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, and organizational development
  • Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large-scale implementations with a focus on configurations
  • At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for Payroll - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)
  • Payroll Fast Formula knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge of Payroll UK legislation and Compensation will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
  • Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader
  • Hands-on experience in BI reporting Area as Primary Skill and Understanding about Zellis HCM application
  • The candidate is expected to have 6-8 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations.
  • The candidate must have expertise on CORE HR modules.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 8-15 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Strong understanding of HR concepts and principles
