Requirements:-
Oracle HCM Technical
Minimum 8-15 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development
Oracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurations
At least 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for Payroll - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)
Payroll Fast Formula knowledge is a MUST
Knowledge of Payroll UK legislation and Compensation will be an added advantage
Knowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility Profiles
Knowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loader
Hands on experience in BI reporting Area as Primary Skill and Understanding about Zellis HCM application
The candidate is expected to have 6 8 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations.
Oracle HCM Functional
The candidate is expected to have years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.
The candidate must have expert working experience in 1 or more of these modules along with the Core HR module
Absence Management & Oracle Time and Labour.
In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
