IT Service Management Professional

We are seeking an IT Service Management professional to implement and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and updating Discovery schedules, monitoring daily runs for errors, and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population. They will also enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.

The selected candidate will continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning. They will customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.

Addtionally, they will tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations, develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems, manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency. They will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required skills include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules, minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation, experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation, and demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
