ServiceNow Platform Expert

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on expertise with ServiceNow development, including at least 2-3 implementations in Security Operations (SecOps).
- Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Competencies:
- Advanced configuration and customization of SecOps (SIR & VR)
- Solution Design Translate business requirements into secure workflows
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is able to translate business requirements into secure workflows and integrate various security data sources into the ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
