Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains.

  • You will be responsible for delivering development projects on time and within budget, ensuring all aspects of the development life cycle are met.
  • A high level of technical expertise is required to complete implementation design documentation and provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • The successful candidate will undertake regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
  • As part of a scrum team, you will work closely with colleagues to prepare configurations for production and assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.
  • You will be involved in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, providing consultation to product owners to drive their requirements to success.
  • Prior experience with Agile Frameworks and Scaled Agile Frameworks is essential, as well as hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations and CMDB.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-8+ years of development experience, with at least 2-6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components.
  • Proficiency in programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
  • Familiarity with GCP Working Knowledge and Agile Frameworks is desired.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI is an asset.
