Job Title: Sales Partnership Associate

As a Sales Partnership Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across various sectors, managing the sales cycle, building relationships with strategic partners, and designing go-to-market plans.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Identify new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
    • Manage the sales cycle - lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
    • Build relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
    • Collaborate on co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
    • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships.
  • Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
