We're seeking a driven and resourceful Growth Associate to join our high-velocity team. This is a unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves, experiment, and directly drive the company's growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, running, and optimizing growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention. They will also be expected to track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Experiments: Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage in cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns to hustle your way into conversations with prospects.
- Data-Driven Hustling: Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
- Content & Marketing Support: Create scrappy content (emails, posts, one-pagers, case studies) that helps us win attention and trust.
- Community Building: Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to get our name out there.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers)
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data
- Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, prospecting, knocking on digital doors
