Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Lead and manage cross-functional projects in technology, marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Campaign Optimization: Work closely with marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns.
  • Product Innovation: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Founder Support: Manage the founder's calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Leadership Development: Shadow the founder, learn decision-making frameworks, and gradually take ownership of strategic responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a founder's office role.
  • Strong background (or keen interest) in technology, marketing, or product management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling calendars, travel, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Hunger to grow into a leadership role (potential leadership track within 2 years).
