Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of sales operations.

  • Customer Engagement & Scheduling

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers daily through calls and email.
  • Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and the CRO.
  • Draft and respond to emails ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Manage follow-ups and action items to nurture client relationships.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain Pipedrive with lead information and activities.
  • Perform daily CRM hygiene checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track lead generation and ensure opportunities are not missed.
  • Review pipelines and share updates with the CRO regularly.
  • Assist in preparing forecasts and dashboards to monitor sales metrics.

  • Sales Operations & Reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Take notes during meetings and capture action items.
  • Support weekly Revenue Stand-Up meetings and track progress.
  • Draft agreements, proposals, and contracts, and ensure pricing compliance.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for enterprise deal requirements.
  • Track partner pipelines and joint initiatives.

  • Marketing & Thought Leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in content creation and post to build the brand.
  • Review contracts and agreements for consistency.
  • Monitor sales campaigns and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or health tech is a big advantage.
