Key Role:

As a forward-thinking Growth Strategist, you will spearhead our user acquisition and community development initiatives. Your key responsibility will be to create a robust presence in online trading communities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain active relationships with prominent platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Drive targeted user acquisition by identifying and converting potential users through personalized outreach and product demos
  • Develop strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new users, guaranteeing they understand and effectively utilize the product
  • Foster a thriving community for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Design and execute growth experiments to test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful initiatives
  • Take ownership of key performance indicators, including user acquisition and activation targets

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results in user acquisition
  • Experience in building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members)
  • Ability to navigate both digital and in-person engagement
  • Effective communication and demonstration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics

  • Background in a similar field, preferably at a broker or trading platform
  • Existing network within online trading communities
  • Personal trading or investment experience
  • Content creation capabilities
  • Early-stage startup experience
