
Senior Government Sales Executive

This role requires expertise in navigating government bid portals, preparing high-quality proposals, and managing projects from inception to completion.
- Create and implement strategic plans tailored for government clients.
- Oversight of bidding processes, response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and compliance with regulations.
The Project Sales Head will oversee and manage the sales of hardware & networking infrastructure setup projects, including industry infrastructure projects with a focus on CCTV Surveillance, LAN setup, and basic data center setup including firewalls and projects in Govt. Education Sector.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance projects, Smart City Projects, Hardware & Networking, LAN setup, and basic data center setups, including firewalls and switches in Government sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic plans tailored for government clients.
- Government Procurement Management: Oversight of bidding processes, response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and compliance with regulations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities within the public sector and analyze trends.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to government policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.
- Proven track record of managing government bids and tenders.
- Strong technical background in CCTV surveillance, Hardware & Networking, data center infrastructure projects.
- Excellent knowledge of government procurement processes and bid portals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
