Job Title: Senior Manager/AGM

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Approvals & Coordination activities with various government departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.

  • Manage and coordinate approvals with government bodies such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with officials and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.

Key Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in handling approvals/liaising with government departments.
  • Proven expertise in dealing with statutory bodies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.
  • Prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals is preferred.
