Government Sales Executive

Job Overview:

This role oversees the sales of hardware & networking infrastructure setup projects, including industry infrastructure projects with a focus on CCTV Surveillance, CCTV setup architecture, LAN setup, and basic data center setups in the Government sector.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the government sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardware infrastructure projects, including CCTV installation, LAN setup, and basic data center setups.
  • Cross-coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
  • Utilize government bid portals to identify relevant tenders and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bid proposals that comply with government requirements.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic plans tailored for government clients.
  • Government Procurement Management: Oversee bidding processes, respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify new business opportunities within the public sector and analyze trends.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to government policies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance projects, Smart City Projects, Hardware & Networking, LAN setup, and basic data center setups, including firewalls and switches in Government sector.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct site assessments and develop customized infrastructure solutions.
