**Job Summary:**

Role : Data Accountant

  • End-to-end knowledge of financial transaction processing and accounting principles.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial data analysis. They will also be expected to perform lease accounting and manage cost centers within the organization.

Maintaining accurate hierarchies in the general ledger and managing cost centers is a key responsibility. The individual should have good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The selected candidate will be required to prepare financial reports, monitor periodic revenue and expenses, and perform month-end close activities according to the agreed-upon close calendar.

Additional responsibilities include preparing bank reconciliation statements, cash flow statements, balance sheet reviews, and quarterly inter-company process management.

  • Process fixed asset addition/disposal/retirement requests.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with client organization policies and provide variance analysis as needed.
