We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our experienced auditors to develop and implement audit plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of risk and accounting issues, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as IFRS and GAAP, and stay up-to-date on relevant industry developments.
  • Prepare audit reports and management letters, and communicate findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accounting and auditing, with a qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
  • Relevant experience working in an accounting and audit related field, specifically in the NFP industry.
  • Excellent technical skills in accounting, including IFRS and GAAP, and data analytical skills using tools such as Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
