Our organization relies on a strategic and results-driven Financial Operations Leader to oversee financial management and control across multiple business units. This key role will serve as the financial backbone, overseeing all accounting and finance functions.

The Financial Operations Leader will be responsible for implementing robust financial controls, streamlining processes, and providing timely and accurate financial insights to stakeholders. They will lead and mentor the accounts and finance teams, ensuring proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance with extensive leadership and financial control expertise. They will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.

This leader will analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. They will develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.

Additionally, they will evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. They will standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies.

As the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders, they will prepare and present periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to the family/promoter.
