Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in accounting principles, tax laws, mutual funds, securities, contracts, and financial reporting.

The role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end financial functions, statutory compliances, foreign transactions, and financial planning while ensuring accuracy and transparency.

  • Oversee day-to-day financial functions in compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Manage fund allocation, investments, and risk management.
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and loan management.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Tax Compliance
  • Ensure correct and timely tax registration and amendments (if required).
  • Issue and review tax-compliant invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage tax credits reconciliation with suppliers' returns.
  • Prepare and file tax returns accurately within timelines.
  • Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills as per tax requirements.
  • Ensure tax compliance for imports, exports, and refunds.
Investments & Securities
  • Ensure timely investment and securities portfolio management.
  • Monitor investments and ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax assessments, and liaise with auditors and consultants.
Contracts & Agreements
  • Clients billing and follow up with clients for payment.
  • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
Financial Planning
  • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Expertise in investments, securities, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
