Leadership Development Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned Leadership Development Manager to spearhead the delivery of comprehensive leadership development programs. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for program management, including design and delivery at scale, in partnership with external design partners and internal stakeholders.

The selected candidate will oversee the monitoring and evaluation of program participation and effectiveness, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to our internal processes. They will also build relationships with stakeholders, including Training & Development, HR, and business units, and contribute to regional projects as a leadership subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing leadership development strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our global workforce.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution and stakeholder engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Approximately 6-7 years of experience in leadership development, instructional design, and program management, with expertise in adult learning principles and training delivery.
  • Significant experience working on large-scale initiatives, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
