Service Delivery Leader

As a Service Delivery Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Transition Director in migrating prioritized activities from country to global platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data management, including selection, storage, maintenance, and reuse.
  • Establish a network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive required outcomes.
  • Participate in tenders and global accounts, promoting and optimizing adoption.
  • Contribute to the development of value propositions for Mounting phase and Key Clients, including digital and sustainable solutions.
  • Develop capability statements for global platforms, including best practices.
  • Enhance commercial awareness skills of senior staff to empower their effective participation in pursuits.
  • Implement standard work splits between Business Analysts and global teams to set contribution targets.
  • Develop a data strategy in collaboration with Global Service Area and Data Director, aligned to global strategy.

Requirements:

  • Significant professional experience in service delivery (15 years or more), ideally with experience globally and working to different standards and practices.
  • Excellent influencing and collaboration skills at a strategic level, as well as leadership at a detailed service level.
  • Able to coach and bring out the best in teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise to draw a following and build relationships across the business.
  • Driven to achieve outcomes, taking ownership of challenges and working collaboratively.
  • Able to see from others perspectives.
  • Ability to lead expert groups where required and guide on content and topics to support service development within global platforms.
