Requirements

  • 610 years in executive search, talent research, or market intelligence experience.
  • Experience hiring for leadership roles in large or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter mapping tools and compensation benchmarking.
  • Prior experience in a search firm or internal leadership hiring team preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent HR business qualification is a plus.
