Job Opportunity: Leadership Development Specialist


In this highly regarded leadership development role, you will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives that align with our organization's goals. Your focus will be on creating scalable programs to foster early leadership behaviors, professional presence, and effective communication skills.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Design structured training sessions to build key leadership competencies in employees.
  • Develop high-impact workshops on leadership themes and facilitate open discussions among participants.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify leadership development needs and validate program objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring participant engagement and tracking behavioral shifts.
  • Create valuable learning resources such as case studies, reflection tools, and facilitator guidebooks.


Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in leadership or talent development roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and delivering impactful leadership development programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
