Leadership Development Consultant

This is a leadership role that will focus on developing and implementing strategies to improve leadership development within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs, as well as coaching and mentoring leaders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for senior leadership and people leaders
  • Coach and mentor leaders to improve their skills and capabilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop solutions to address them

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leadership development, preferably in a C-Suite role
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence without authority across a variety of teams
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning work, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
  • Ability to drive enterprise change and passion for continuous learning
  • Expert level facilitation skills for senior leadership and people leaders
  • Experience creating content for virtual learning technologies and platforms
  • Experience applying design thinking to leadership development solutions
  • Experience developing program strategies and products that are scalable and sustainable in a high growth business environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading a team preferred
  • Coaching certification and/or assessment certifications preferred
