  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, initiatives, and programs aligned with the overall business objectives and global best practices

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development to drive organizational excellence.

  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

  • Support in the development and implementation of global HR programs and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support.

  • Provide leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.

  • Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in hearing healthcare, audio technology industry.
