Job Title: Generative AI Architect

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions using large language models and advanced conversational AI frameworks.

  • Lead the architecture and design of GenAI solutions, leveraging LLMs and sophisticated conversational AI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fine-tune LLMs and SLMS using techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA for domain-specific use cases.
  • Utilize open-source frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen to build scalable GenAI solutions.
  • Prioritize expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, and Cloud Functions.
  • Oversight of AI workloads across cloud environments, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
  • Streamline model performance, cost, and dependability within GCP ecosystems.
  • Craft seamless integrations between generative AI models and enterprise systems and applications.
  • Establish robust MLOps practices, incorporating CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins), containerization via Docker and Kubernetes, and coding standards for maintainable GenAI applications.
  • Develop efficient data pipelines for training and fine-tuning models.
  • Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and benchmarks, iterating to enhance outcomes.
  • Rapid prototyping of GenAI applications to demonstrate capabilities and foster innovation.
  • Drive technological advancements through swift experimentation and proof-of-concept development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
  • 15–18 years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency with GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI workloads across cloud environments.
  • Proficient in Python, with deep knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with MLOps platforms and workflows (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, influencing cross-functional teams and driving innovation.
