Generative AI Developer Opportunity

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in building and deploying GenAI solutions with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI search frameworks.
  • Build and manage data ingestion pipelines using cloud-native services.
  • Develop Agentic AI systems with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.
  • Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation and model performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Generative AI architectures (RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem (Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Ability to design solutions addressing real-world AI challenges like hallucination mitigation.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Multiple locations available.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
