Job Opportunity: Generative AI Model Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Model Developer to design and develop cutting-edge generative AI models, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, and Claude into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement prompt engineering techniques, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production-ready applications.
  • Work with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, and Milvus to enable semantic search capabilities.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI, ensuring optimal model performance, latency, and scalability.
  • Ensure that AI solutions adhere to responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.
  • Maintain and optimize APIs, microservices, and front-end/back-end integrations for GenAI applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, preferably with experience in APIs, microservices, Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying AI models.
  • Experience working with cloud-based AI services from major providers.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good to have experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
