Job Title: Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Director to lead our AI strategy, focusing on Generative AI applications in insurance. As a key member of our team, you will drive large-scale AI initiatives, define technical roadmaps, and oversee the execution of projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage Generative AI to enhance core insurance functions (underwriting, claims, fraud, pricing, customer experience).
  • Identify opportunities for measurable impact through AI/ML and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Lead and mentor global teams of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and cloud specialists.
  • Foster innovation through hackathons, proof-of-concepts, and capability-building programs.
  • Design and deliver LLM-powered solutions using leading frameworks.
  • Oversee predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI model development and deployment.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and production-readiness of solutions.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, architectures, and applications.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and scaling teams.
  • Domain expertise in insurance, including underwriting, claims, and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with Azure ML, Databricks, GCP Vertex AI, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
