Chief Research Architect

Overview

We seek an experienced, visionary leader to drive innovation in AI and computer vision technologies. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of researchers and engineers.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.

Beyond the technical requirements, we are seeking someone with:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
