You will be responsible for leading complex finance and accounting blueprints, making strategies and sales presentations to potential business heads, and providing sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities.
You will also lead RFX submissions for new customers, pitch on proposed solutions to client executives, and convince leadership in selecting us as primary service provider.
Additionally, you will refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework, and focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/regions in scope.
- Lead RFX submissions for new Customers.
- Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities.
- Lead business meetings with potential new clients for us as part of Sales cycle. Pitch on proposed solutions to client executives, highlighting capabilities and benefits of centralization, convince leadership in selecting us as primary service provider.
- As an architect of finance & accounting solutions, once we have been down selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition.
- Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework: industry specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.
- Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity.
- Co-ordinate with teams on various project management related activities.
- Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/ Operations SMEs.
- Develop product offering in line with the industry changes – Optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support the solution design.
- Work closely with Global counterparts from all regions, to attain standardization & improvement in the product offering.
- Leads Digital SEP projects implementation.
- Keep current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations.
Required qualifications include:
A minimum of years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
Strong project and people management experience.
University graduate (relevant studies)
Professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting sphere represents an advantage
An organized person with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks.
Excellent communication skills at all levels and customer organizations.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
Very good problem-solving abilities and innovative approach upon.
Very good change management abilities.
Energetic personality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Coaching and team management skills.
This position requires extensive travelling.
