Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML projects.

This role involves defining project scope, roles, and responsibilities, as well as providing technical guidance and oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI fundamentals, programming languages, data manipulation libraries, and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project leadership and strategic planning
  • Technical oversight and team management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in leading technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, RAG, and prompt engineering
