Healthcare AI Expert

As a healthcare AI expert, you will be part of a team that powers cutting-edge Life Sciences and Specialty Healthcare providers with highly customized, privacy-first AI solutions. We aim to deliver significant improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

We are looking for someone who can rapidly design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines. You will develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach. Engaging daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, build, and refine AI pipelines using multi-agent architecture and large language models.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and tooling to assess AI system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Python programming skills.
  • Expert proficiency in at least one major machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Proven track record of deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided).
