As a Data Management Leader, you will oversee offshore teams to achieve exceptional performance and drive business growth. About the Role
  • This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and management skills to lead teams in achieving project objectives.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to standardize and automate processes, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Your role will involve managing training, routine, people development, and compliance activities to drive business growth and excellence.
  • You will also build relationships between departments, fostering collaboration and trust, and ensure seamless execution of financial and non-financial operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. They will be responsible for executing MDM activities, ensuring quality checks, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project initiatives, including active participation and contribution to the success of the organization.
  • Maintain Training Tracking Tool, address knowledge gaps, and create action plans to enhance performance.
  • Oversee MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance target management, striving for 100% quality.
  • Develop sustainability models, implement action plans, and maintain excellence in auditing standards.
  • Support business growth by creating strategies, implementing change management, and facilitating communication flow within the team and external parties.
Requirements
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Equip teams with necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Administer administrative tasks related to people management.
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment, focusing on employee well-being and engagement.
  • Lead People Cycle activities in accordance with Excellence Program, setting targets, conducting competency appraisals, and developing personal development plans.
