About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with 10+ years of progressive experience in both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits to lead our client's rewards function.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Owning and executing the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Evaluate reward programs for compliance, consistency, and alignment with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
