
Encompass Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and customize the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
- Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
- Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.
- Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
- Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
- Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
- Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
- Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
- Support audits and system usage reviews.
Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is required.
Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus. ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
