Senior Executive Job Description

This role is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Summary: As a Senior Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting compliance operations. Your responsibilities will include managing SEBI correspondences, tracking and escalating communications, maintaining member lists, monitoring FIU Alerts, disseminating guidelines, organizing PMS compliances, providing administrative support, handling documentation, managing agreements/undertakings, and drafting Board Agendas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inward and outward SEBI correspondences.
  • Track and escalate SEBI communications.
  • Maintain a list of members with Proof of Deposit/Deposit Receipt (PO/DD).
  • Monitor FIU Alerts and disseminate FIU Guidelines to members as required.
  • Organize and manage Portfolio Management Services (PMS) compliances.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact Compliance initiatives.
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between Exchange and SEBI.
  • Manage custody of agreements/undertakings.
  • Draft Board Agendas.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Requirements:
  • A postgraduate degree from a reputable Institute/University.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Adequate knowledge of regulatory functions.
  • Administrative support skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Exchange ecosystem and operations.
  • Ability to grasp and interpret compliance & regulatory knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Process-driven approach.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Responsiveness.
  • Effective communication and attentiveness.
