About this position

This is a critical leadership role that involves shaping how data informs decisions across Fulfillment & Logistics. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for building advanced analytical models and insights, setting the vision and roadmap for data analytics, and partnering closely with business leaders to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

  • Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns for fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity is there to fulfill the monthly plan and ensure timely shipping and on-time deliveries.
  • Lead seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, manpower planning by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality, etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts and drive continuous process improvements across planning processes.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership qualities: ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and modern data analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong statistical foundation and experience with forecasting, predictive modeling, regression, clustering, classification techniques.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
