Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support our Reservation operations at Ananda in the Himalayas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily tasks and workloads, providing information about hotel services according to established standards.
  • Ensure accurate processing and confirmation of all reservations, enquiries, and special requests in line with company policies.
  • Educate guests on Ananda's philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty.
  • Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-3 plus years of experience.
