We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Reservations Coordinator. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and are proficient in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in PMS and reservation software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
