Senior Credit Strategist - Risk Management

Job Summary:

As a Senior Credit Strategist - Risk Management, you will be responsible for leading the credit strategy and risk management function. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective credit policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the bank's assets are adequately protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive credit strategies that align with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to identify potential credit risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior credit staff on credit analysis, risk assessment, and credit policy implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex financial data and credit information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with senior management, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and credit policy development.
