Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing strategist with expertise in search engine marketing to drive player acquisition and long-term visibility in the competitive iGaming market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive Google & Bing Search PPC campaigns for optimal ROI in the Belgian market.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, ad copy, and keywords to maximize first-time deposits (FTDs) at sustainable cost-per-acquisition (CPAs).
- Design and manage an affiliate program: partner onboarding, tracking, key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, and fraud detection.
- Craft and implement SEO initiatives: keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, link-building coordination, and content strategy.
- Ensure all tracking and reporting is GDPR-compliant using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Consent Mode, and server-side tagging.
- Build weekly dashboards/reports showcasing campaign spend vs. FTDs, net gaming revenue (NGR), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Stay up-to-date on Belgian iGaming marketing regulations and competitor strategies.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large-scale search PPC campaigns, proficiency in affiliate marketing or the ability to quickly learn and execute, strong SEO skills, and proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio/Power BI, attribution modeling.
