Job Title: Senior Loan Origination Manager
">Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Origination Manager to lead our loan origination efforts in the LAP segment. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and structuring loans that meet the business needs of our clients.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Experience: Minimum 7 years of lending work experience, with recent (min.) 3-4 years' experience in LAP to SENP segment.">
- Sourcing Models: Sound exposure to various sourcing models for LAP business, including DSA, CA connectors, Direct Sourcing, and Cross-Sell.">
- Geographical Knowledge: Hands-on working exposure to at least 2 cities (or topmost city) in the given region in LAP segment.">
- Legal and Technical Nuances: Well-versed with legal and technical nuances of various properties in the given geographies.">
- Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Sound understanding of requirements of various cross-functional stakeholders, including Risk/Credit, Technical, Lawyer, Operations, and Product Team.">
- DSAs Network: Strong network of key/high-performing DSAs in key cities in the region.">
- Financial Analysis: Decent understanding of financial analysis, underwriting methods, property-related nuances, business segments in the cities under the region.">
- Local Language: Understanding of local language in the region is a must.">
- Technological Inclination: Sound inclination towards technology/digital processes.">
