We are a global consulting & execution organization delivering end-to-end solutions across various sectors.
This is a full-time role for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to drive people strategy, talent management, and culture.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR policy compliance.
They will define and execute HR strategy aligned with company growth goals, advise leadership on organization structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
They will oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, build a strong employer brand and candidate experience, implement performance management systems, foster a high-performance feedback-driven culture, manage HR policies, processes, and compliance, and lead initiatives around employee satisfaction, well-being, and development.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, prior experience in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies, strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and people analytics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic and problem-solving mindset.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and HR certification is a plus.
