Operations Executive

Role Overview:

  • This leadership position plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of a large business or enterprise.
  • The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for monitoring revenue margins, developing guidelines for personnel evaluations, and implementing strategies for staff advancement and redeployment.
  • This includes building cross-functional relationships with departmental heads and management across the organization to drive collaboration and productivity.
  • The successful candidate will also partner with department heads to maintain an efficient team structure and performance, leveraging analytics, processes, and tools to optimize results.
  • Maximizing client engagements and working with the leadership team to develop plans to meet future site needs are additional key responsibilities.
  • Maintaining profit margins and developing internal control systems to ensure accountability are essential duties of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with department heads to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with external partners, vendors, and advisors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department supervisors and co-executives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role in a large business or enterprise.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a people-first approach.
  • Thorough understanding of organizational behavior, workforce planning, metrics, and analytics.
