Job Title: Key Account Manager

Manage the entire client journey from inquiry to onboarding, providing world-class service and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities include engaging with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, and emails, responding promptly and accurately. Communicate effectively about health transformation programs, providing clear and concise information. Guide new leads through the enrolment process, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding. Maintain and update client data using CRM tools and systems. Support clients post-enrolment, escalating concerns when necessary and ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to keep clients informed about any delays or changes. Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives as needed. Conduct data analysis to improve client experience and retention.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative tone.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure environments.
  • Effective organisational and time-management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and data handling.

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with prior experience in customer service or relationship management being an asset. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software) are essential.
