Legal Internship Opportunity:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented law student to join our team as a Legal Intern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, format, and maintain internal legal documents (contracts, NDAs, MoUs, onboarding agreements, ToS, privacy policies, etc.)
  • Coordinate with partner law firms, legal consultants, and compliance advisors.
  • Assist in setting up legal frameworks for data privacy, vendor contracts, intellectual property, and employment.
  • Research government policies and licensing laws affecting operations in the personal and home services space.
  • Keep documentation legally up-to-date in line with company expansion.
Requirements:
  • Law student (2nd year and above for 5-year programs or in 3-year LLB preferred).
  • Strong grasp of Indian Contract Law, Company Law, and IP Law.
  • Excellent written English and formatting skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in communication.
  • Prior internship or drafting experience preferred but not mandatory.
