Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate based in Mumbai. Junior Associates will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting litigation efforts, and managing case files. They will collaborate with senior advocates and counsels to develop legal strategies, analyze legal issues, and ensure compliance with legal standards. The role requires active participation in client meetings and court proceedings, providing legal advice and support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Legal Research, Legal Analysis, and Legal Writing skills
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and supporting litigation efforts
  • Understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms and compliance with legal standards
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; Bar Council registration is a plus
  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage
