Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.Provide legal advice to various departments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.Support the management team with legal insights for strategic decision-making.Monitor changes in legislation within the healthcare industry that may impact the organisation.Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialised legal matters.Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Legal Associate should have:

A degree in law from a recognised institution, with a specialisation in corporate or healthcare law preferred.Prior experience in a legal role, ideally within the healthcare industry or a related sector.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks in healthcare.Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
