Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Associate to join our Litigation team in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal papers.
  • Conducting thorough research and preparing case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Assisting in strategy formulation and case preparation.
  • Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on case progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong drafting and research skills.
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred.
