Job Opportunity

This role involves supporting our legal team with a variety of tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting research, and assisting with compliance matters.

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide support to the legal team in compliance-related matters and regulatory filings.
  • Assist in handling corporate governance, intellectual property, and data protection issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external advisors on legal matters.
  • Maintain and update legal documentation, case files, and compliance records.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management as required (20% Litigation).
  • Handle non-litigation matters such as contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory (80% Non-Litigation).
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative updates and their impact on the organization.
Requirements & Skills
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and contract law principles.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm is highly desirable.
