Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Associate to join our legal team. This role requires a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling legal matters, offering advice on corporate law issues, and assisting in various legal processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Full-Time LLB degree and experience in drafting contracts, legal research, compliance, and supporting dispute resolution. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external legal advisors, and management to ensure that all legal requirements and best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Contracts:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
  • Ensuring Legal Compliance:
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to provide legal insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and international laws, including industry-specific regulations.
  • Assisting in Preparing and Filing Documents:
  • Prepare and file necessary legal documents and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Full-Time LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from a recognized law school.
  • Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within a corporate environment or in-house legal team.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and ability to analyze legal issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
